Fairy message on Christmas 2013

25th December 2013, 1:31 p.m. – Italy (Illustration by Brian Froud) I was having a late breakfast, listening to meditation music when all of a sudden I heard the fairies asking for a food offering. I realised in that moment that indeed it had been quite a long time since I last made a food offering to them and felt ashamed having forgotten about my friends in this way. When I asked them what they would like, they immediately replied „grapes!“. So I went to the kitchen to fetch some from my fridge which is stuffed with fresh vegetables and fruit and asked them how many they wanted. „five!“ they said. I decided to put six red grapes – which they picked whilst I was looking for nice ones commenting on which they liked – on a small white plate (espresso saucer). I placed the plate on the table and mentally called them to feast on the fruit thanking them for being there, for their guidance and friendship and presented this small plate as a token of my appreciation to them. I then sat down to continue my breakfast when I instantly noticed two or three fairies kneeling over the plate and literally stuffing their faces with the grapes. What a delightful sight! There was a glass of vegan chocolate spread on the table which I was sure the fae would enjoy having a sweet tooth as I’ve noticed over the years – so I placed a small splodge of that spread on the side of the plate next to the grapes. Now a rather plump looking male faery appeared and was obviously enjoying the sweet extra. As I watched them whilst continuing my own breakfast, they said that they had a message they wanted me to write down. I said that I would do it later but they insisted that I should write it down right away. Knowing how persistent they can be, I gave in and switched on my laptop to type up their message: By thinking of us with offerings like these, you are are securing the continuation of an ancient connection and tradition between us nature beings and you humans. There was a time when we did not live as withdrawn from you as we are now. It was a time of togetherness and we respected one another. Now that you have banished us to the realm of fairy tales and phantasy, you are imposing borders on us that were never intended to be there by Mother Nature. You need us and we need you as well. You knew that in the past and used to offer us small gifts as tokens of your gratitude and appreciation. In return we would also present gifts to you which exceeded those offerings of the material realm for they were magical. Deep on the inside you are yearning to have access to those worlds, to rediscover long hidden treasures and finding proof of our existence and that of other beings and phenomena which most of you arrogantly shrug off as fairy tales. You are hiding behind these proofs for only when they are brought forward, you dare stand up for your belief and your wish for connection to the magical worlds. Evidence is a mask which you have imposed on yourselves in many aspects of your lives, it functions as a shield. Your deep scepticism is acquired and trained. Your natural gateway and inner knowledge of us and other beings of the in-between worlds has been taken from you and your mind is now thirsty for rational evidence...

The beneficial effects of Ragas for MEDITATION

The beneficial effects of Ragas for MEDITATION

During my years of studying classical North Indian Kathak dance and also playing Indian Tabla for a few years as a means of getting in-depth knowledge and understanding the rhythmic cycles, I have taken in the extraordinary beauty of the various ragas. Each of them conveys a certain mood and most are therefore associated with a certain sentiment, season or time of the day.  I love listening to the soft sounds of classical North Indian music (Hindustani) in the background during my meditations as they are designed to activate our chakras and enhance the flow of energy through them and our etheric body. Ragas open the heart chakra, quiet the mind and thereby prepare and support the heart and space perfectly for meditation. For meditations I prefer raag Yaman (an evening raga) and raag Bhairav (morning raga & also neutral, i.e. not linked to a specific time). Explore the world of classical Indian music yourself if you haven’t yet and maybe you will find your very personal favourite raga :). Here’s an example for you. Love and lots of listening...

Healing through the identification of the true origins

Healing through the identification of the true origins

Today I would like to tell you about how I helped a dear friend of mine heal his back pain within a short period of time without the use of medication or a back massage. We met up recently and I noticed that he’d been moaning about pain in a certain area of his back. Meanwhile it had become that bad that he wanted to take a painkiller. As I don’t think much of that and prefer having a look on the etheric plane first to find the real origin, I asked him to wait and offered to try it “my way”. So he sat down in front of me and I exerted a gentle pressure on various areas of his back in order to limit the specific area where the pain was felt. It didn’t take long before he complained from the pain as I put my hand under his right shoulder blade. This way I was able to localise the respective area and I then took my hand away to scan that area of his back with my third eye in search for the origin of his pain in the etheric body. It didn’t take long, and right away I discovered a silver dagger etherically stuck in that exact same spot which caused all the pain. I informed my pain-afflicted friend about that as well as about the past life in which this wound was inflicted, and then announced that I would remove the dagger and asked him for his assistance by visualising how the knife would be pulled out of his back and dissolved in the light. Meanwhile I focused on it and actually reached with my hand for the etheric dagger and pulled it out in a gentle movement using visualisation to aid this process. Now that this was done the wound was still gaping, so I asked my friend to call for Archangel Raphael for healing and to ask him to wash out the wound with light, to seal and heal it. He did that and following my advice also cut all the energetic ties to that particular past life in which the wound was caused. Now I was curious to see whether the healing had made itself felt in the physical body as well. So I gently placed my hand on the respective area again. As my friend didn’t say a thing this time, I exerted a bit more pressure than before but again no reaction from his side. I then tried one last time and pushed even harder asking him whether he still felt the pain, to which he amazedly replied that he was completely pain-free which was he couldn’t believe himself. The area which only minutes ago made him cry from pain touching it gently now felt completely normal. Today I asked him how he has been and he happily told me that his back has been completely fine ever since which really pleased me to hear. I am writing this, my dear friends, to remind you that the body expresses in most cases symptoms for an origin on the etheric plane which can be removed and healed. Your body is communicating with you and showing you old wounds which can be of a karmic or emotional nature and which have manifested in the physical body. Reaching for painkillers and similar things shouldn’t be done too carelessly as on the one side the symptoms are indeed temporarily suppressed, but the cause isn’t healed. Therefore in those situations call for Archangel Raphael and ask him to remove and heal the etheric cause...
